These terms govern purchases and use of The First 10 Clients digital toolkit from Taylor Consultant Group.
License and account access
Your purchase grants one purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the course and files in their own business. Your login is personal to you. You may not share credentials, resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, upload the materials to a shared resource library, or represent them as your own.
Educational purpose
The toolkit provides business education. It is not financial, legal, tax, employment, or licensing advice. You are responsible for following the laws, consent rules, platform terms, and professional requirements that apply to your business and location.
No guarantee
Ten clients is a planning target, not a promised outcome. Results depend on factors outside Taylor Consultant Group's control, including your offer, pricing, audience, market, skill, decisions, and execution.
Payment and delivery
Payment is due at checkout. After successful payment, access instructions are sent to the email address used at checkout. You are responsible for providing a working email address, keeping credentials secure, and maintaining the software needed to use the files. Access continues while the product is offered and your account remains in good standing, subject to reasonable platform, security, legal, or operational changes.
Refunds and access revocation
Refund requests are governed by the posted Refund Policy. A full refund revokes course and download access. Taylor Consultant Group may also suspend or revoke access for credential sharing, unauthorized redistribution, fraud, chargebacks, or material breach of these terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Taylor Consultant Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the toolkit. If liability is found, the maximum amount will not exceed the amount paid for the product.
Changes
These terms may be updated for future purchases. The version in effect on the purchase date applies to that purchase.
