You may request a refund within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
How to request it
Email support@taylorconsultantgroup.com from the address used for purchase. Include the purchaser's name, order email, and purchase date. Do not email payment-card information.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times vary. Access to customer-only resources will be revoked after a full refund.
Abuse
Taylor Consultant Group may deny a refund request involving repeated purchases and refunds, redistribution, resale, chargeback abuse, or other evidence that the policy is being used to obtain the product without payment.
